Warranty Information


Thank you for your purchase!  Below is our warranty policy for the listed products:
  • PractiGOAL frames: 1 year limited manufacturer's warranty that covers manufacturing defects only. Normal wear and tear, abuse or damage due to an accident are not covered by the warranty. Please reference our goal safety and  maintenance page on PractiGOAL.com to learn how to properly setup/teardown and maintain your goal.
  • Roller bags: 6 month limited manufacturer's warranty that covers manufacturing defects only. Normal wear and tear, abuse or damage due to an accident are not covered by the warranty.

PractiGOAL's warranty department will determine if the damage or defect is covered by our warranty policy.

  • If damage is determined to be covered under the warranty new parts or a new product will be shipped to you.
  • If the damage is determined to be caused by abuse, normal wear and tear or an accident, we will contact you to discuss how/why we came to our decision. We can offer you options to repair or replace your damaged product.

Please note that you do not have to send us your damaged/defective product. Photographic evidence will be requested in order to determine if your product is covered under warranty.
